Ross Shelleman

Chief Executive Officer 

Ross Shelleman is the CEO of Aisle Rocket, a leading full-service marketing and creative services agency that utilizes data and technology to drive results through best-in-class creative services and media execution.

Ross began his career in technology consulting and went on to hold leadership positions in managed services businesses including Aramark Corporation and GCA Services Group. Ross is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and a graduate of The Chicago Council on Global Affairs’ Emerging Leader Program.

His writing has been published in Advertising Week and Forbes, and he has been featured in AdExchanger, Crain’s Chicago Business and other leading publications.

Ronda has more than 20 years of experience building high-performance teams of marketing professionals. She is dedicated to helping clients and prospects use data to solve their business problems. Ronda is an expert at taking concepts, strategies and value propositions to create stories that differentiate brands and products in ways the consumer values. Her strategic vision and marketing expertise have been invaluable to her clients. Whether building a brand from the ground up or maintaining a brand’s tone and integrity, she is constantly raising the bar with her stellar instincts and positive energy.

Mike Paley

Chief Growth Officer

Mike’s focus is to develop, lead and cultivate all new business pursuits and help clients maximize our proven capabilities to grow their business while maintaining the continuity of our value proposition.

With more than 25+ years of experience leading strategic growth for agencies, brands and retail marketing services companies, Mike specializes in translating business plans into actionable, monetizable go-to-market strategies and solutions through a seamless client experience.

Previously, Mike held agency leadership roles as Senior Vice President, Shopper Marketing & Experiential (The Marking Arm/Omnicom) and Chief Marketing Officer (Square One), where he led commercial strategy, business development, digital/technology innovation and general management working with clients including AB InBev, AT&T, Bacardi, ConAgra, Danone, State Farm and PepsiCo.

Scott Bailey

Head of Strategy & Analytics

Scott Bailey brings a wealth of expertise to Aisle Rocket, including marketing strategy, targeting and segmentation, and experimental design, forecasting and modeling. 

He served as EVP for Strategy and Analytics at Targetbase, where he led Solution and Product Development. Scott created the firm’s Customer Relationship Value (CRV) approach to relationship marketing and management. As President of M/A/R/C Research, he developed that firm’s Assessor®-based series of analytical frameworks. Today, Scott oversees insight generation, program/product development and program measurement for Aisle Rocket. 

Scott has authored and published articles on marketing strategy and analytics in the Journal of Advertising Research, the International Journal of Advertising, and the Journal of Targeting, Measurement and Analysis for Marketing. He received his B.A. from Franklin College and a Master of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Noah Freeman

Head of Product

Since graduating from Harvard in 1999, Noah has been leading big data analytics projects. As Head of Product at Aisle Rocket, he oversees our technology roadmap and supervises our product development teams while also managing some of our largest retail and clothing accounts. He gets energized by building new tools to solve new problems and takes satisfaction in knowing that Aisle Rocket’s cutting-edge work is being applied to real-world accounts.

Noah started his own company, Social Fulcrum, in 2013 with no outside funding. After being placed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies three years running, Social Fulcrum was acquired by Aisle Rocket and now serves as the social media arm of the company.

Caitlin Owens

Head of Finance

Caitlin Owens is a Certified Public Accountant with a 14-year career in accounting and finance. She handles all accounting functions for the company and is a longstanding member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

She began her career in the tax department of a regional public accounting firm—of which Aisle Rocket was a client. Today, Caitlin collaborates with executive management to oversee the company’s financial performance, budgeting and day-to-day operations.
