If risk-taker and visionary shared a definition, Scott's picture would lie underneath. Believing that what's been done isn't as important as what's to be, Scott transformed Aisle Rocket Studios from a boutique shop 30 years ago into an ever-growing, multi-state agency. Scott's a firm believer in winning the shopper in the last three feet of retail – the aisle. He applied this same philosophy when the internet came along, becoming an e-commerce pioneer. Whether playing ping-pong with a developer or sharing his experience with an account manager, Scott’s down-to-earth personality is a constant source of inspiration for Aisle Rocket Studios.
Clients often wish for a voice at the agency's table. That voice is Ronda. Drawing on her 20 years of experience in Account Management, she understands the need to carefully listen, always anticipate and find multiple ways to answer "yes". A true Ace of the Aisle, Ronda focuses on the shopping experience, merging viewpoints of brands and consumers at that critical decision-making moment. She's worked with some of the nation's most recognized brands, including – Whirlpool, Kenmore, Sears, Kmart, Vermont Castings and PBS Kids. As GM of the Chicagoland office, Ronda is responsible for P&L, planning, recruitment and agency growth.
Kashif’s thought leadership fuels the engine of innovation at Aisle Rocket Studios. As a marketer of brands and architect of digital experiences, he’s the mastermind behind our idea of Marketecture. Under Kashif’s guidance, our digital team has registered a number of success stories for Craftsman, Sears, Kenmore, Amana and Whirlpool, among others. Armed with an MBA in Marketing, Kashif has manned nearly every role — creative director, technical architect, web analyst, project manager — in his 15-year career, many of these simultaneously. Prior to joining Aisle Rocket Studios, Kashif led the agency team serving Nestlé brands including Lean Cuisine and Stouffer's.

Overseeing marketing and merchandising for the Michigan Office, Kim leads her team’s enthusiasm and passion for not just knowing but also sticking to the strategy — ranging from brand development to in-store experiences to product expressions and any other Act-to-Drive brand preferences. Kim works on a number of popular household brands, many of the them falling into the category of Durable Goods but also Consumer Goods and Services. Kim brings a unique lens to Aisle Rocket Studios that entails a broader viewpoint between brand, sales, merchandising, training and manufacturing. Kim likes to remind her team leads: "you're only as good as your people".
There is such a thing as a bad idea in a brainstorm and Michael makes sure we always steer clear. If you're building a brand or moving product, Michael is the big idea guy. He thrives on the creative process; in fact, he revels in it, working from dusk till dawn, holidays and vacations, to refine and perfect the concept. Michael uses his iPhone wherever he goes, as he knows inspiration is the key for bigger and better ideas, a thought which runs in his blood. Over the years, Michael became not only an ace creative director for brands from Sears to Macy's, he now mentors and creates a larger framework around brand ownership in a constantly-evolving and incredibly competitive environment.
